  • Remote residential deliveries may require additional coordination.

Processing & Fulfillment

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Specialty or custom items may take longer, and we’ll notify you of any extended timelines.
  • Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email with your order confirmation and estimated shipping timeframe.

Direct Fulfillment

  • Products ship directly from the manufacturer to ensure fast delivery.
  • Orders with items from multiple manufacturers may arrive in separate shipments, each with its own tracking details.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

Standard Shipping

  • Included for free.
  • Transit time: 5–7 business days after shipment.
  • Total delivery time: 7–12 business days (including processing time).

Freight Shipping (Large/Heavy Items)

  • Applies to items like refrigerators, ranges, and prep tables.
  • Requires delivery appointment scheduling with the freight carrier.
  • Transit time: 5–7 business days after shipment.

Expedited Shipping

  • Available on select items for an additional fee.
  • Contact us to confirm availability and pricing.

Delivery Instructions

Inspecting Your Shipment

  • Inspect all items upon delivery for visible damage before signing the receipt.
  • If damage is noticed:
    1. Do not accept the delivery and notify the freight carrier immediately.
    2. Contact us within 48 hours at support@industrykitchensupply.com with photos of the damage and packaging.

This ensures we can resolve the issue promptly and facilitate replacements or repairs.

Missed Delivery Appointments

  • Freight carriers schedule delivery appointments for large shipments.
  • Missed appointments may result in a redelivery fee, which is the customer’s responsibility.
  • If you anticipate a missed appointment, contact the carrier directly to reschedule.

Custom & Special Orders

  • Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time.
  • Delivery estimates will be communicated during order confirmation.
