Direct Fulfillment

- Orders with items from multiple manufacturers may arrive in separate shipments, each with its own tracking details.

Freight Shipping (Large/Heavy Items)
- Applies to items like refrigerators, ranges, and prep tables.
- Requires delivery appointment scheduling with the freight carrier.
- Transit time: 5–7 business days after shipment.
Expedited Shipping
- Available on select items for an additional fee.
- Contact us to confirm availability and pricing.
Delivery Instructions
Inspecting Your Shipment
- Inspect all items upon delivery for visible damage before signing the receipt.
- If damage is noticed:
- Do not accept the delivery and notify the freight carrier immediately.
- Contact us within 48 hours at support@industrykitchensupply.com with photos of the damage and packaging.
This ensures we can resolve the issue promptly and facilitate replacements or repairs.
Missed Delivery Appointments
- Freight carriers schedule delivery appointments for large shipments.
- Missed appointments may result in a redelivery fee, which is the customer’s responsibility.
- If you anticipate a missed appointment, contact the carrier directly to reschedule.
Custom & Special Orders
- Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time.
- Delivery estimates will be communicated during order confirmation.
