Return and Refund Policy

At Industry Kitchen Supply, we take pride in delivering high-quality commercial kitchen equipment. Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.

Please review the policy below carefully:


Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products that are reported at the time of delivery.

Inspect Your Delivery Upon Arrival

  • Before signing the delivery receipt, thoroughly inspect your item for damage or defects.
  • If you notice damage:
    1. Do not accept the delivery.
    2. Notify the freight carrier immediately.
    3. Contact us within 48 hours at support@industrykitchensupply.com with photos of the damage and packaging.

Important: Once the delivery is signed for, we are unable to accept returns for non-defective items.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that were signed for upon delivery.
  • Custom or special-order products.
  • Products that have been installed, used, or removed from original packaging.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

Defective Items

If your item is found to have a manufacturer’s defect:

  • Contact us within the warranty period.
  • We will work with the manufacturer to repair or replace the product according to their warranty terms.

Refunds for Approved Returns

  • If a return is approved (for items damaged at delivery):
    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
    • Shipping fees and other costs are non-refundable.

How to Report Damaged or Defective Items

  1. At Delivery: Do not sign for damaged shipments. Notify the carrier immediately.
  2. Contact Us: Email support@industrykitchensupply.com with your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description.
  3. Follow Instructions: Our team will guide you through the next steps, whether for repair or replacement.
